1. About InvestKode AI

InvestKode (also referred to as InvestKode AI) is an investment research platform that helps investors stay informed about companies through aggregated news, filings, calendar events, and AI-assisted analysis. InvestKode is owned and operated by FinAI Global, a partnership firm with its registered address at A171, Brookhaven, JVLR, Mumbai 400060, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us", "our").

Our services are intended for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on InvestKode constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use InvestKode AI. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at IT@investkode.ai

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use InvestKode for your own investment analysis, and, on plans that include team features, for the internal analysis of your team or organisation. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or content without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit our systems
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code

5. Google Services Integration

InvestKode AI integrates with Google services, including Google Calendar, to help you track earnings conference calls, AGMs, and corporate actions for companies in your watchlist. By connecting your Google account, you authorize InvestKode AI to place and maintain investment event reminders on your Google Calendar as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

User Control & Revocation: You can pause synchronization or disconnect Google Calendar at any time through your InvestKode Settings or via your Google Account Security Settings. Upon disconnection, stored authorization tokens are revoked and permanently deleted from our servers.

No AI Model Training: Google Calendar data is processed exclusively for schedule synchronization and is never used to develop, train, or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Your use of Google services through InvestKode AI is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Google's applicable API policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on InvestKode AI are owned by or licensed to InvestKode AI. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

Data sourced from public filings and third-party providers remains subject to those providers' respective terms and licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

InvestKode AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Investment information on our platform is for research only. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial institution. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

Outputs of the AI agent are generated automatically from public filings and third-party data and may contain errors. They are not research reports or recommendations. Investments in securities are subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvestKode AI and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including investment losses.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third party. Links do not constitute endorsement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of InvestKode AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Plans, Fees and Payment

InvestKode offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Current plans, features and prices are listed on our Pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which are charged at checkout.

New paid subscriptions start with a 15-day free trial. You provide a payment method to start the trial and authorise us to charge the plan fee when the trial ends unless you cancel first. After the trial, paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by our payment partner, PayU Payments Private Limited. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials. By making a payment you also agree to the payment partner's terms.

Paid access is activated on your account on successful payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend paid features until payment is received.

13. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from Settings > Billing or by writing to support@investkode.ai. On cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may change prices or plan features. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we will notify you by email at least 15 days before they take effect.

14. Free Trial and Refunds

If you cancel during the 15-day free trial, you are not charged. Once a payment is charged it is not refundable, except for failed, duplicate or incorrect charges. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
