Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the Service and Delivery

InvestKode is a digital, software-based service. Nothing is shipped physically. Paid access is activated on your account immediately after successful payment, and in any case within 24 hours. You will receive a payment confirmation and invoice by email.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing, or by emailing support@investkode.ai from your registered email address. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Free Trial, Charges and Refunds

• Free trial: every new Pro subscription starts with a 15-day free trial. You add a payment method to start the trial and are not charged during it. One trial per user.
• First charge: if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan fee is charged on Day 16 and your subscription begins. We email a reminder at least 24 hours before the charge.
• No refunds after the charge: the free trial is your opportunity to evaluate the service. Once a payment is charged, whether the first charge or a renewal, it is not refundable, except as stated in section 4.

4. Failed, Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you were charged but access was not activated, charged more than once for the same period, or charged an incorrect amount, write to us within 30 days. We will correct the error or refund the excess amount in full.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@investkode.ai from your registered email address with your transaction ID and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.

6. Refund Mode and Timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method only. We initiate the refund within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take a further 5 to 10 working days to appear in your account. We do not issue refunds in cash or as account credit.

7. Termination by Us

If we suspend or terminate an account for breach of our Terms of Service, no refund is payable. If we discontinue the service, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
